Requirements You bring 2 to 4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, FP&A, or a comparable analytical role that has honed your ability to work with complex data sets. You demonstrate advanced Excel proficiency, including the confident use of complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling to structure and interpret information. You possess hands-on Salesforce experience, specifically in building reports and dashboards and actively managing data quality to ensure reliability. You have a strong analytical mindset that enables you to find the story in a dataset and communicate it clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. You have demonstrated the ability to own recurring reporting processes that involve multiple stakeholders and firm deadlines without constant supervision. You communicate excellently in writing and verbally, with comfort presenting findings to senior leadership and translating complexity into simple insights. You maintain a high attention to detail and hold yourself to a personal standard for data accuracy in every deliverable. You are comfortable working in a US remote environment and aligning with firm operational expectations around schedule and availability.

Experience supporting a sales forecasting process allows you to contribute immediately to cadence and accuracy improvements. Exposure to territory design, quota setting, or go-to-market planning provides context for how operational work connects to strategic growth initiatives. Experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment ensures you understand the pace, nuance, and stakeholder demands of scaling businesses.
