Role Overview

We are hiring Sales Operations Analysts to support our sales teams in achieving their goals. The team focuses on process and data quality improvements to ensure accurate order processing. The successful candidate will be proactive in enhancing team workflows, maintaining compliance, and governance. Success is measured by increased deal velocity and improved CRM data quality, supporting key business decisions. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver, team player, and passionate about our role in expanding open source technology.

Location

This role is remote, based in the EMEA or Americas regions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support daily sales operations globally.
2. Review opportunities for accuracy and process successful deals.
3. Assist in improving sales data quality and processes.
4. Report data quality metrics to executive stakeholders.
5. Implement surveys and define relevant metrics.
6. Support CRM and sales systems for the sales team.
7. Deliver sales metrics, dashboards, and perform analytical tasks.
8. Lead automation efforts and streamline the Lead to Order process.

Candidate Profile

• Strong academic background from high school and university.
• Experience in sales operations or order processing roles.
• Experience in a technology subscription business.
• Proven ability to improve data quality.
• Systematic, energetic, and focused on scalable outcomes.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to collaborate across organizational levels and regions.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Willingness to travel internationally twice a year for up to two weeks.
