The Role

Within the Markets Organization, the Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for driving salesforce productivity in a multi-channel organization by leveraging sales and customer information, analyzing financial and market data to refine sales strategies, and improve sales performance.

Salary range is: $76,267.00 - $90,000.00

This position is bonus and/or commission eligible.

This role serves as the hands-on analysis point for sales channels and internal CCC teams, identifying opportunities, targeting revenue growth, and aligning channels with corporate strategy. Responsibilities include developing improved sales processes, managing productivity tools like Salesforce, and delivering reports, analyses, and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver analyses and presentations for sales teams, leadership, and management.
  • Analyze sales pipeline, win/loss, and market trends; recommend strategies to increase revenue and penetration.
  • Develop and implement processes to enhance sales productivity and data quality in Salesforce.
  • Lead projects to improve or redesign business processes for revenue growth and efficiency.
  • Analyze operational data to identify growth segments and improve customer profitability.
Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree, preferably in Business, Economics, or Accounting.
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience as an analyst, ideally in a sales environment.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Salesforce.
  • Experience working with sales/marketing teams and CRM systems.
  • Results-oriented, energetic, and self-starting attitude.
Desirable Skills or Experience:
  • Sales Operations or Consulting experience.
  • Experience with other CRM systems and PowerBI.
