Job description

Job Title: Sales, National Account Manager - Service Solutions (Field-Based, USA)

Job Description:

In this role, you will manage the Philips Service Portfolio and relationships with National Accounts for all of Philips Healthcare Services by responding to immediate needs and developing credible and strategic long-term relationships with customers that translate to revenue growth.

Your role:

  1. Represent Philips by developing and driving key partnerships both internally with Philips Healthcare counterparts (marketing, service, support, education, legal, etc.) and externally with customers within the given accounts to drive order intake and achieve revenue growth against a set of annual targets.
  2. Develop relationships with decision-makers within assigned accounts.
  3. Develop a comprehensive network growth strategy and engage health system leadership at the enterprise (e.g., National IDN) level.
  4. Stay engaged end-to-end in the customer’s realization of the network service strategy and performance of Philips’ solutions.

You're the right fit if:

  1. You have acquired 8+ years of experience in sales, consulting, or provider experience in the US healthcare space, working directly with healthcare providers at the senior leadership level.
  2. Your skills include experience in delivering enterprise-scale proposals and knowledge of the healthcare provider market, payors, and the interaction between hospital systems and suppliers.
  3. You hold a 4-year university degree; an MBA is preferred.
  4. You must be able to successfully perform the minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements for this sales position, with or without accommodation.
  5. You are an expert in negotiating large service transactions and long-term contracts.

How we work together:

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details:

Total target earnings range from $197,250 to $227,000 annually, plus company vehicle, based on performance (85% to 120% achievement). Total compensation may vary depending on individual performance.
