Job summary

Garelick Farms, part of Dairy Farmers of America, is seeking a dedicated merchandiser to maintain in-store compliance across Southern Massachusetts. You will monitor and supply goods, set displays to planograms, and support customer fulfillment and pricing surveys.

The role requires adherence to schedules, effective communication with store personnel, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds. A clean driving record and English language proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2 to 4 years of retail, customer service, or related experience.
• Certification and/or License may be required during course of employment.
• Clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Ensure displays are set to plan-o-grams.
• Check and report product voids.
• Manage inventory levels minimizing out of stocks and dump.
• Execute all sales programs, POP materials, and maximize sales in each store.
• Set new stores and perform required resets.
• Manage in-store customer fulfillment programs including scan-based trading and web-based ordering.
• Travel to customer store locations within territory.
• Assist with customer service issues or complaints.
• Complete pricing surveys as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Report any food safety and quality issues to management.

Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 3:30PM (Flexibility for Weekends as Needed)

This position will cover Southern MA, and a company car will be provided. Additional details will be provided during the interview.

GENERAL PURPOSE

Maintain in-store compliance at stores within the assigned geographical area while monitoring and supplying goods of service to each customer.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure displays are set to plan-o-grams
• Check and report product voids
• Manage inventory levels minimizing out of stocks and dump

• Set new stores and perform required resets
• Manage in-store customer fulfillment programs to include scan-based trading and web-based ordering
• Travel to customer store locations as required within a specific geographical area
• Assist with customer service issues or complaints
• Complete pricing surveys as required
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately

Requirements

Education and Experience
