Job summary

Camping World seeks a Sales Coordinator to join our growing team in the United States. You will drive sales through merchandising programs, manage inventory, and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role includes inventory planning, signage/pricing, and ensuring accurate plan-o-grams while handling payments and cross-training for additional duties. Competitive benefits accompany a commission-based pay structure.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience as an Assistant Merchandiser preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
• Professional communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to take on additional tasks from management.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with standard software.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales through marketing and merchandising programs.
• Assist in ordering inventory and maintain stock levels.
• Conduct cycle counts and inventory management.
• Plan and implement product presentations with signage and pricing.
• Display new products and phase out discontinued items per markdowns.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate plan-o-grams.
• Answer phones and assist customers.
• Maintain a safe work area for customers and coworkers.
• Balance daily receipts and process payments.
• Cross-train to perform additional duties as needed.
