Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country is hiring a Sales Merchandiser to merchandise products on designated routes and maintain strong customer relationships. You will ensure shelf presence and stock levels according to company standards, while delivering excellent service to store accounts.

The role requires safe handling of products, on-time attendance, and ability to operate pallet jacks and similar equipment, with a focus on reliability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-3 years of general work experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Prior grocery store and/or consumer products experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport product between backroom and display floor.
• Fill, merchandise, and rotate product on displays and shelves according to standards.
• On-time arrival at all customer locations to perform merchandising duties.
• Operate manual and powered handling equipment (e.g., pallet jack, hand-truck).
• Maintain and organize stock in designated accounts.
