Sales Merchandiser (Finance)

Coke Florida is seeking a Sales Merchandiser (SM) based in Spring Hill. The role involves working first shift, starting at 4:00 AM to 5:00 AM, five days a week including weekends, covering territories such as Lutz, Crystal River, and Spring Hill.

What You Will Do:

Sales Merchandisers are responsible for stocking, replenishing, merchandising, and providing excellent customer service while managing product orders at designated accounts. This full-time position primarily involves day shifts, including weekends. Candidates should reside in or near the specified areas. As a primary Coke Florida representative, you will stock and order products to meet consumer needs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain product displays and equipment in line with company standards.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels and manage shelf space, cold equipment, and stock to prevent out-of-stock situations and minimize trade breakage and loss.
• Place accurate, timely orders based on ad calendars and adjust as needed.
• Manage back stock inventory and trade breakage.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through communication, problem-solving, and follow-up.
• Foster professional relationships with coworkers, customers, and shoppers.
• Ensure proper merchandising standards, including product facing and rotation.
• Assess store needs, place orders, and conduct surveys.
• Report account activities, including equipment needs.
• Organize backroom inventory and maintain cleanliness of equipment and shelves.
• Transport and maintain point-of-sale advertising.
• Maintain punctuality and work overtime as needed.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and laws, including safety and dress code standards.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED.
• Personal vehicle for work use, with valid driver’s license and current insurance.
• Must be 18 or older and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Ability to operate manual/powered pallet jacks and lift products; certification as required.
• Clean driving record with no major violations in the past three years.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate Degree or 1-2 years of college; university degree preferred.
• Over 1 year of sales or merchandising experience.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency with mobile applications and computer skills.
• Experience working independently for over a year is preferred.
