Sales Merchandiser (Finance)



Coke Florida is seeking a Sales Merchandiser based in the greater Cocoa area. The role involves working from 5:00 AM until completion, including weekends.

What You Will Do:

As a Sales Merchandiser, your responsibilities include stocking, replenishing, merchandising, and providing excellent customer service while managing product orders at designated accounts. This full-time position primarily involves day shifts, with schedules including weekends. Candidates should reside in or near the specified areas. You will be the main Coke Florida representative in customer accounts, ensuring continuous stock and order replenishment based on consumer needs. Our team offers three hourly roles with varying schedules.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Build and maintain product displays and equipment placements according to company standards.
  2. Maintain appropriate inventory levels, manage shelf space, and ensure no stockouts or damages.
  3. Place accurate, timely orders based on ad calendars and adjust as needed.
  4. Manage back stock and trade breakage.
  5. Communicate effectively with customers, resolve issues, and follow up appropriately.
  6. Maintain professional relationships with co-workers, customers, and shoppers.
  7. Ensure proper merchandising standards, face and spin products, and organize backroom inventory.
  8. Determine store product needs, place orders, and conduct store surveys.
  9. Report account activities and equipment needs.
  10. Maintain cleanliness of equipment, sales floors, and shelves.
  11. Transport and maintain point of sale advertising.
  12. Maintain punctual attendance and work overtime as needed.
  13. Follow all company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  14. Identify and report unsafe conditions and adhere to dress and grooming standards.
  15. Work assigned shifts and schedules.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Own and maintain a personal vehicle for work hours.
  • Be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to operate manual or powered equipment, including pallet jacks.
  • Valid driver's license and current vehicle insurance.
  • Clean driving record with no major violations in the past three years.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or 1-2 years of college preferred.
  • Previous sales/merchandising experience is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills.
  • Proficiency with mobile applications and computers.
  • Ability to work independently for extended periods.

Physical Requirements:

  • Lifting, carrying, and positioning objects up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
  • Pushing and pulling objects weighing up to 50 pounds, including manual transport equipment, over distances.
  • Manipulating objects requiring fine motor skills.
  • Standing up to 10 hours and walking at least 4 hours during shifts.
  • Working in hot/humid environments.
  • Listening to directions via headset in English.
