The Lash Lounge Chesterfield (TLLC) is a local family owned and operated professional eye lash salon. We are part of a network of over 100 locations in the United States offering a complete menu of services including Lash Perming, Tinting, Threading, Brow Laminations and Mega Lashes... just to name a few. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Concierge/Front Desk Associate who enjoys sales and customer service. Your focus will be on providing a luxurious customer experience to all of our guests, selling our exclusive Lash Savings Plan (which saves our guests so much money!), cosmetics and cultivating a positive work environment. You will be highly focused on membership sales, retail sales, and booking clients, as well as interacting with our professional lash stylists. If you have a P.A.S.S.I.O.N for sales and providing outstanding Customer Service, we would love to hear from you!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Increase membership sales and retail sales
2. Greet visitors and provide an excellent customer experience
3. Book appointments in person, phone or text
4. Contribute to group operations, such as inventory maintenance
5. Maintain a clean and inviting environment
6. Attend monthly employee meeting/training

REQUIRED SKILLS:

1. 1+ years customer service or retail sales experience preferred
2. Strong attention to detail
3. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
4. Ability to work weekends, mornings and some evenings
5. Ability to navigate various platforms and databases.
6. Experience with MindBody Software is a plus!
