About the Role:

We’re seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our team on a performance-based partnership model. As a 35% partner, you’ll play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue while benefiting directly from the profits you help generate.

This role is ideal for someone who’s confident in closing deals, building relationships, and creating marketing strategies that convert — and who prefers to work in a performance-incentivized setup.


Responsibilities:

Develop and execute effective marketing campaigns (online & offline)

Identify, approach, and close new business opportunities

Create and manage lead generation strategies (email, social media, SEO, etc.)

Build and maintain relationships with key partners and clients

Work closely with the company to align sales goals and product positioning

Report on marketing performance, lead conversions, and ROI
