Sales & Marketing Representative

Location: Based in Londonderry, NH with local travel (within 30 miles – includes Woburn/Burlington, MA)

Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $1,000/week base salary ($52K/year). Uncapped commission – top reps earn $200K+. Marketing covered.

About The Role

We’re hiring a confident, licensed Sales & Marketing Rep who loves public speaking and thrives face-to-face. You’ll lead educational workshops for retirees and pre-retirees, introduce financial solutions, and build client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead 2+ financial workshops/week (20–30 attendees each)
  • Present financial topics clearly and engagingly
  • Follow up with prospects (support team helps schedule)
  • Travel locally to offices and events
  • Use CRM to track leads and communication
  • Partner with internal advisors to support clients
Requirements
  • Series 65 required (or willing to obtain – we pay for prep)
  • Series 63 or 66 + strong insurance background also considered
  • Life insurance + securities license required
  • Strong public speaking and people skills
  • Driven, self-starter mentality
  • Evening availability for workshops
Preferred Experience
  • Worked at major carriers
  • Background in financial planning or retirement products
