What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Lead the planning, budgeting, production, and execution of impactful customer experiences, including tradeshows and networking events
- Collaborate with the Federal sales team to align event strategies with business priorities and leverage data for decision-making
- Influence messaging and articulate the employer's capabilities and value through effective marketing strategies
- Create engaging customer experiences throughout their journey, utilizing various marketing channels
- Evaluate campaign performance and measure ROI, translating results into actionable recommendations
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 3-5 years of experiential marketing experience, preferably in field marketing or tradeshow planning
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and Tableau
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of executing multiple events simultaneously

- Experience in B2G (Business to Government) marketing
