Sales & Marketing Manager – Copolyester Products
This position is dedicated to the Copolyester product line, including PET, PETG, and PCTG-based polyester, coatings, adhesives, elastomers, and related materials. A global leader in advanced materials and sustainable solutions is seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to drive market growth, strengthen customer relationships, and develop innovative product strategies for this segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share in North and South America.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to track trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Partner with product development teams to align commercial strategy with product innovations.
- Lead product management initiatives, including positioning and promotional planning.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for leadership.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Mentor and motivate team members to meet and exceed sales targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in chemical product sales and marketing, with emphasis on copolyester products.
- Proven success in revenue growth, product management, and market expansion.
- Strong understanding of the chemical products market, including major players and trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel up to 50% as needed.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
