SERVPRO of North Arlington is seeking a results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead marketing campaigns, oversee the client database, and maintain an active presence at local and regional associations and trade shows.

You will grow business profit and revenue, develop long-standing relationships, and build a strong team. The ideal candidate has a track record in direct sales, leadership, and a proactive approach to superior service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience preferred.
• A minimum of five years of direct sales experience.
• At least one year of management experience.
• Experience in the cleaning, restoration, or insurance industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand the competitive advantages of using SERVPRO and educate clients about brand benefits.
• Prepare a business development plan based on performance and franchise growth objectives to meet revenue goals.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen client relationships and seek new prospects to ensure revenue growth.
• Complete annual marketing needs assessment, plan CE classes, lunch-and-learns, budget, and action plans for decision makers.
• Perform revenue, collection, and activity metrics analyses vs goals.
• Develop marketing initiatives and budget to create an annual marketing plan.
• Recruit, train, develop, and manage marketing teammates.

The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for driving our marketing campaigns, overseeing the client database, and maintaining an active presence at local and regional associations and trade show events. You will be responsible for growing business profit and revenue and developing long-standing business relationships. Key Responsibilities

• Understand the competitive advantages of using SERVPRO and gain the ability to effectively educate clients and customers about brand benefits
• Prepare a business development plan based on past performance and franchise growth objectives to meet and/or exceed planned revenue and activities goals for the business development team
• Build, maintain, and strengthen client relationships with contacts in our sales territory and seek to develop new prospects and leads to ensure revenue growth
• Complete annual marketing needs assessment, including planning the number of CE classes, lunch-and-learns, scheduling the budget, and developing action plans for business decision make
• Perform a comparative analysis of revenue, collection, and activities metrics vs established goals
• Develop marketing initiatives and budget to create an annual marketing plan
• Recruit, train, develop, and manage marketing teammates

Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience preferred
• A minimum of five years of direct sales experience

• Experience in building a strong team with tangible leadership skills
• Strong process and results driven attitude
• Experience in the cleaning, restoration, or insurance industry is preferred
