Job summary

Bozzuto is seeking a Sales & Marketing Intern in Hoboken, NJ for a 10-week paid internship from June 7 to August 13, 2027. You will showcase apartment homes, connect with prospective residents and support marketing initiatives while learning how sales and marketing work together in real estate.

You will conduct tours, design campaigns, provide excellent service to residents and vendors, support operations, and present final insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• Student currently enrolled in a college or university.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work well in a team and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Lead guided tours for prospective residents and highlight community features.
• Design and implement creative marketing campaigns to drive leasing.
• Provide top-tier customer service to residents, clients and vendors.
• Support day-to-day operations and community management tasks.
• Assist with marketing reports and onsite event planning.
• Analyze business performance and present insights in a capstone presentation.
