Job summary

Bozzuto, a nationally recognized real estate company, invites you to join as a Sales & Marketing Intern for a 10-week paid program in Hoboken. From June 7 to August 13, 2027 you’ll work full-time, gain hands-on experience and learn how sales and marketing drive leasing and resident engagement.

You’ll conduct guided tours, design campaigns, provide excellent customer service, assist with operations and reports, and support onsite events.

Responsibilities

• Conduct guided tours for prospective residents, highlighting Bozzuto communities and leasing flow.
• Design and implement creative marketing campaigns to drive traffic and leasing activity.
• Provide top-tier customer service to residents, clients and vendors.
• Assist with day-to-day operations, administrative tasks and community management.
• Support marketing reports, social media strategies and onsite event planning.
• Analyze business performance and present insights in a final capstone presentation to Bozzuto leadership.
