Job summary

Launch 513 is seeking motivated recent graduates to represent national technology and nonprofit brands inside Cincinnati retail locations. You will engage customers, educate them on products and charitable initiatives, and learn sales and marketing strategies through hands-on experience.

Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with daily coaching, education meetings, and a growth-focused team culture. Optional travel may be offered as part of your development at Launch 513.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree.
• Experience in fast-paced environments such as retail, hospitality, restaurants, or customer service.
• Willingness to learn and be coachable.

Responsibilities

• Represent national technology and nonprofit clients inside retail locations.
• Engage with customers and educate them on products, services, and charitable initiatives.
• Learn professional sales, communication, and marketing strategies through hands-on experience.
• Build relationships while creating positive customer experiences.
• Assist with the setup, execution, and promotion of retail marketing events.
• Work alongside experienced mentors in a collaborative, high-energy environment.
