Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits is offering an internship program in Kansas City to gain exposure across Merchandising, Sales, Marketing, Special Events, and Warehouse & Delivery. The internship provides structured learning about the alcohol distribution industry and the relationship between marketing, sales and distribution.

The role includes training, on-site meetings, and department-wide opportunities, with involvement in On-Premise Surveys and additional projects tied to learning goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus one year of experience.
• Maintain at least a 2.0 GPA (if applicable).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to persuade and motivate.
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite and related software.
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, analytical and presentation skills.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Work with various teams to gain knowledge across the company.
• Participate in training, on-site meetings and learning opportunities.
• Assist with On-Premise Surveys.
