Job summary

Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits invites motivated college students to join a structured internship across Merchandising, Sales, Marketing, Special Events, and Warehouse & Delivery. The program offers hands-on exposure to the alcohol distribution industry and the dynamic relationship between marketing, sales, and distribution.

As an intern, you will participate in training, on-site meetings, and learning opportunities while supporting multiple teams and events.

Qualifications

• Must be a Junior in college and graduating the following semester or year, pursuing BS/BA in business, sales, marketing, communications, retail, or hospitality
• Must be at least 21 years old at the start of the internship
• Maintain a minimum 2.0 GPA
• Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Reliable transportation and ability to secure/maintain a valid driver’s license and auto-liability insurance

Responsibilities

• Work with a variety of teams to become familiar with all aspects of the Sales Divisions
• Support the Sales departments including Category Management, Distribution Warehouse Sales, POS, Chain Merchandising and Graphics
• Participate in training, on-site meetings, and department-wide learning opportunities
• Assist with setup, working off and tear down of special events, tastings, or functions
• Assist with On-Premise Surveys
• Support the team with additional projects aligned to learning goals
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned
