Job summary

Spring Gardens of St. George, an Avista Senior Living community, seeks a Sales & Marketing Director with a passion for serving seniors. Lead generation, prospect qualification, and guiding families through moves will be core duties.

You will collaborate with the Executive Director and VP of Marketing & Sales to craft strategic marketing plans, track inquiries in our CRM, and drive occupancy targets through events and tours.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing & sales in a senior living or healthcare setting preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive and optimistic attitude with a passion for serving seniors.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads; qualify prospects and guide them through transition to their new home.
• Work with Executive Director and VP of Marketing & Sales on marketing plan.
• Track inquiries and prospective residents using CRM platform.
• Achieve targeted occupancy goals.
• Plan and execute events to attract prospects and conduct tours.
