Sales & Marketing Controller Junior (1 year fixed-term contract)

We are looking for a Junior Sales and Marketing Controller to join our dynamic team in Dubai on a 1-year fixed term contract and play a pivotal role in shaping the success of the MEA region. In this role, you will be responsible for analysing and consolidating financial data (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) for MEA within the Consumer Goods Business Unit, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, and providing financial insights to management. You will also monitor performance, ensure compliance with reporting standards and policies, and contribute to cross-unit controlling activities.

What You Will Do

• Analyze financials in Consumer Goods Business Unit MEA.

• Contribute to monthly consolidation of the Business Unit financials (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and long-term financial plans.

• Responsible for cost center analysis for the Consumer Goods Business Unit.

• Monitor and follow up on Business Unit performance and deviations for a defined location.

• Contribute to defining reporting guidelines, instructions, and content in alignment with Corporate Finance.

• Participate in the creation of budget and forecast for the Business Unit.

• Participate in cross-Business Unit Controlling Network activities.

• Prepare and provide financial insights to the BU Management Team on all operational financial aspects.

• Ensure compliance with controlling standards and Essity policies and legal regulations

Who You Are

• Must have a degree in Finance/ Commerce

• Must have 2-5 years experience in Finance/ Commerce.

• Must be proficient in English

• Must be proficient in MS Excel/ IT Savvy.

• Experience as an S4 HANA is an advantage.

• Experience in the FMCG industry is preferred, ideally – with PCG (packaged consumer goods), in manufacturing, marketing or retail organization.
