Job summary

Reece & Fortiline in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an Outside Sales Manager to lead, develop, and coach a high-performing sales team focused on acquiring new lifelong customers. You will craft strategic sales plans and share best practices to help the team consistently hit monthly quotas.

You will model our core values, cultivate a winning sales culture, and provide growth insights to elevate performance. 3+ years in outside sales and strong communication skills are preferred.

Outside Sales Manager

As an Outside Sales Manager, you will lead, develop, and coach a high performing Outside Sales team to help secure new lifelong customers! Your expertise will be used to create strategic sales plans and provide insight on best practices to help your team reach their monthly quotas. YOUR BACKGROUND

• High School education or equivalent
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in an Outside Sales role
• Excellent customer service skills with strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Previous industry and managerial experience preferred
