You’ll be leading from the front—closing deals, building a team, and earning the rewards of your production.

What You’ll Do:

Run virtual sales appointments using a step-by-step script

Manage your personal book of inbound leads

Recruit, train, and mentor new sales reps (optional but encouraged)

Help team members follow our proven system to drive their own success

Track progress, coach performance, and participate in leadership calls

What You Need to Succeed:

Leadership or team-building mindset

Background in sales, team management, or customer service a plus

No license? No problem — we’ll help you get licensed
