Job description

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage relationships with distributors, EPCs, Project Developers, Investors, Energy companies, IPPs, designers, and other relevant companies in Poland, ensuring growth of both direct and distribution partners.
  • Establish and maintain strong business relationships with utility and distribution partners to expand the company's sales coverage in the region.
  • Design, develop, and implement the company's sales plan in the region aligned with Trina Solar's strategic objectives.
  • Identify, establish, and manage multi-tiered relationships with key accounts, including utilities and distribution partners, to ensure long-term business partnerships.
  • Negotiate and follow up on contracts, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company objectives.
  • Manage the entire sales process from forecasting to product delivery and payment collection, maintaining close contact with customers and internal departments.
  • Report sales activities, business opportunities, competitor benchmarking, and market trends regularly to Sales Team Leaders.
  • Represent the company at local and national exhibitions, conferences, and events, promoting all Trina Solar products.
  • Coordinate with Back Office teams to ensure product availability, timely delivery, and effective communication of stock status.
  • Handle logistics, financial, quality, and pre/post-sales issues, including documentation such as Letters of Credit, Proforma invoices, and Bills of Lading.
  • Maintain close communication with customers regarding orders, shipments, and ongoing service requirements.
  • Note: Market location may change based on market and company needs.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role within an international company.
  • Proven expertise in selling technical B2B products, preferably in the renewable energy or solar industry.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
  • Target-driven, adaptable, passionate about sales and solar/BESS, with a dynamic and motivated approach.
  • Emphasizing excellence and creativity.
  • Willingness to travel regularly.
  • This role is home-based and remote within Poland.
  • Languages: Fluent in written and spoken English and Polish. Additional European languages are a plus.
