Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager in Chicago, IL to close deals, exceed targets, and lead a high-performing team. This consultative role leverages a steady flow of qualified leads, strong marketing support, and a proven sales process to build trust and deliver exceptional client experiences.

With 400+ locations nationwide, you will help grow revenue, coach two to five staff, and enjoy uncapped earning potential through base salary plus commission and on-track

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a consultative sales environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and leading top-performing teams.
• Exceptional consultative selling, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Strategic thinking and anticipation of client needs with proactive recommendations.
• Ability to mentor and manage a small team (2–5) to peak performance.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Experience using multiple computer systems and software.

Responsibilities

• Execute established sales processes to achieve revenue targets.
• Manage the full sales cycle—consulting, closing, and customer retention.
• Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Deliver engaging product consultations to convert leads to clients and educate on laser hair removal.
• Promote treatment packages with persuasive value propositions and secure referrals.
• Coach and develop team members to achieve goals and maintain a positive environment.
