Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager in Chicago, IL to close deals, exceed targets, and lead a high-performing team. This consultative role leverages a steady flow of qualified leads, strong marketing support, and a proven sales process to build trust and deliver exceptional client experiences.

With 400+ locations nationwide, you will help grow revenue, coach two to five staff, and enjoy uncapped earning potential through base salary plus commission and on-track

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a consultative sales environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and leading top-performing teams.
• Exceptional consultative selling, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Strategic thinking and anticipation of client needs with proactive recommendations.
• Ability to mentor and manage a small team (2–5) to peak performance.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Experience using multiple computer systems and software.

Experience & Skills

• 2+ years of experience in a consultative sales environment
• Proven track record of exceeding established sales goals and leading top-performing teams
• Exceptional consultative selling, negotiation, and closing abilities

• Ability to mentor and manage a team of two to five employees to peak performance
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
• Comfortable using various computer systems and software
• High school diploma or GED equivalency; Bachelor’s degree preferred

Position Responsibilities

• Successfully execute established sales processes to achieve robust revenue targets
• Manage all aspects of the sales cycle - consulting, closing, and customer retention
• Continuously analyze sales data and KPIs (lead conversion, sold percentage, revenue, etc.) to identify opportunities and areas for improvement
• Deliver engaging product consultations to convert leads to clients, while educating clients on laser hair removal
• Promote treatment packages through persuasive sales techniques and value propositions,
• Proactively seek client reviews and referrals
• Utilize financing options to ensure sales excellence
• Coach and develop team members to achieve sales goals and foster a positive work environment
• Foster strong customer relationships by delivering world-class customer service
• Assist clients with questions or concerns about treatments
• Discretion with confidential information is a must
• Utilize various computer systems and software to manage day-to-day operations, scheduling and tracking sales performance.
