This is a full-time, paid training opportunity designed to develop future leaders in the insurance industry. As part of the Farmers Insurance Protégé Program, you will be mentored by an established agency owner while learning the core skills required to succeed in sales, marketing, and leadership.

Ideal candidates are those who are entrepreneurially minded, goal-oriented, and eager to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. Our program is designed to accelerate your career and prepare you for leadership opportunities in a growing industry.

Responsibilities:

  1. Support new and existing clients with insurance solutions that meet their needs
  2. Learn advanced sales techniques, marketing strategy, and customer retention skills
  3. Collaborate with a mentor agency owner to understand day-to-day business operations
  4. Assist in building and executing marketing campaigns
  5. Engage in leadership and business development coaching
  6. Work with performance benchmarks and achieve individual and team goals
  7. Participate in team meetings, workshops, and community outreach

Requirements:

  1. Strong drive to succeed and take ownership of your results
  2. Prior experience in sales, customer service, or leadership is a plus
  3. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  4. Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow and lead
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
  6. Must be willing to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses (licensing support is available)
