Responsibilities

• Coach and develop sales staff to meet monthly revenue goals and conversion targets.
• Develop staff in prospecting, public speaking, closing, product knowledge, pricing, payment terms, and electronic contracts.
• Provide guidance on customer service issue resolution.
• Shadow Sales Director and Sales Managers in meetings to learn marketing and financials.
• Achieve monthly revenue goals and maintain conversion ratios.
• Review sales contracts for compliance and provide feedback to staff.
• Use CRM to identify and assign warm leads.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales on campaigns to grow market share.
• Develop annual sales plans for each associate to support goal attainment.
• Identify and implement solutions to improve efficiency and support change initiatives.
