What We Are Looking For

Job Responsibilities

Preferred experience with POS and merchandise inventory systems.

Responsibilities include:
  • Selling mattresses and accessories
  • Receiving hands-on training in sales, marketing, and business development
  • Shadowing the Store Manager to learn retail and people management
  • Greeting and assisting customers to identify their needs
  • Answering product and service inquiries
  • Learning about new products
  • Setting and achieving personal goals
  • Presenting contracts and processing transactions via POS
  • Placing orders and managing stock
  • Staying informed on promotions, policies, and security measures
  • Participating in merchandising and displays

There is no application deadline; applications are accepted on an ongoing basis. Other opportunities include warehouse and delivery roles. The position offers an average annual pay range of $45,000 - $55,000 in commissions, depending on experience.
