The primary objective of this role is to drive sales and growth within our Textile Services industry vertical. The role will focus on:

  1. Proactively managing and growing laundry tag sales in the US by taking market share from HID laundry tag competitors.
  2. Collaborating with InvoTech / Textile Services to pursue new business opportunities for tags and platforms.
  3. Identifying potential SI partners to increase revenue across the Industrial Laundry segment and other verticals.

The Sales Manager, Textile Services, will play a key role in the global business development strategy, working closely with ecosystem integrators and partners.

Your Role as Sales Manager, Textile Services:

  • Build a sales pipeline primarily in Hospitality, Healthcare, and Industrial verticals.
  • Develop new opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with leadership, sales, product management, and marketing to identify growth opportunities.
  • Forecast sales accurately and meet quotas.
  • Represent HID at trade shows and events, including speaking engagements.
  • Provide competitive insights and analytics.
  • Review sales performance across reseller channels and implement corrective actions.
  • Support regional sales teams with training and business cases.
  • Manage leads and opportunities using Salesforce.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by sales management.

Required Experience and Background:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Laundry, Hospitality, or Linen industries.
  • RFID sales experience is a plus.
  • Experience with complex sales methodologies preferred.
  • Experience selling through distributors, VARs, integrators, or directly to OEMs.
  • Experience with strategic alliances is preferred.
  • Relevant education or equivalent industry experience.
  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools like Salesforce, Marketo, LinkedIn Navigator.
  • Strategic thinking and data analysis skills.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and leadership skills.
