About Us

StretchLab is a boutique fitness studio that offers one-on-one assisted stretching to help people move better, feel better, and live better. Our Tyler studio is in presale mode, and we’re looking for a high-energy Sales Manager who thrives on building something from the ground up.

The Role

As our Sales Manager, you will be the face of StretchLab Tyler during the most exciting phase—our presale launch. You’ll lead the charge on selling memberships, planning and attending pop-up events, and building a community that’s ready to walk through the doors on day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Own membership sales—set, track, and exceed weekly goals
• Schedule, coordinate, and attend local pop-up events to generate leads
• Lead with enthusiasm and professionalism at all events and in-studio appointments
• Support and coach front desk and flexologist team members on how to confidently talk about memberships
• Follow up with leads quickly and effectively (calls, texts, emails)
• Create a welcoming environment that builds trust and drives conversions
• Maintain a high level of energy and accountability in everything you do

• A people person with strong communication skills
• A person with a background in sales
• Comfortable on the phone, in person, and in front of a group
• Outgoing, self-motivated, and goal-driven
• Passionate about health and wellness
• Looking for fast upward mobility as we grow our Tyler studio
