Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Retailer Channel Sales Manager to drive growth and manage sales through leading retail partners such as Best Buy, Target, Sam’s Club, Costco, HSN, QVC, and others. This role focuses on developing and executing retail channel strategies, expanding key relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue targets in the consumer electronics and computer peripherals market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for major retail channels.

• Lead and oversee the sales team’s performance, providing coaching and support to achieve goals.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail accounts and partners.

• Identify and capture new sales opportunities with existing and prospective retail customers.

• Negotiate retail contracts and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Monitor sales data, market trends, and customer feedback; deliver actionable insights to senior management.

• Resolve retail channel issues to ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and finance teams to align efforts and maximize results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of retail sales management experience in consumer electronics or computer peripherals.

• Proven success working with top retailers such as Best Buy, Target, Sam’s Club, Costco, HSN, and QVC.

• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

• Self-motivated with a collaborative mindset.
