About the Role:

As a Sales Manager, you’ll actively support your team’s success by providing live assistance during their sales calls, offering expert guidance and helping close deals when needed. In addition, you’ll oversee team operations, handle overflow calls when necessary, and provide ongoing coaching to develop and strengthen your team.

This role requires someone who is hands-on, results-oriented, and passionate about leading by example.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as a player/coach, balancing sales responsibilities with team leadership.
  • Join team members' live calls as needed to provide real-time support and help close deals.
  • Take overflow calls as required to manage lead flow and meet team goals.
  • Provide regular coaching and feedback to develop team members’ skills and confidence.
  • Collaborate with leadership to implement sales strategies and optimize team performance.
  • Monitor and report on team metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Participate in live events to support the team and drive sales.
Requirements

Compensation:
  • Baseline OTE: $150k/year.
  • Earning Potential:
    • Average Managers: $200k/year.
    • Top Managers: $250k+/year.
  • Three Streams of Commission:
  • Commission on personal calls closed.
  • Split commissions on team calls assisted.
  • Team overrides on total monthly team sales.
  • Schedule:
    • All new team members begin with a Saturday to Wednesday schedule, with Thursdays and Fridays off.
    • After three months of demonstrated performance, top performers may transition to Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday schedules, or customize their own hours.
  • Structure: Manage a professional and collaborative remote team environment.
  • Professional Setup: Must have a dedicated, distraction-free home office suitable for video sales calls.
