Location: Remote from the Midwestern USA (WI, MN, IA, IL, MI, IN, & Eastern MO)
Salary: Base $120,000-$130,000 + Uncapped Commission

Our client, a leading plastics manufacturer, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive B2B growth across the Midwestern United States. The company produces both custom and stock containers with products that are SQF and IMS certified. The ideal candidate will be a proven hunter with a strong track record of building lasting customer relationships and growing sales within the plastics manufacturing industry. [REMOTE] Regional Sales Manager (Blow Molding, Injection Molding, or PET Exp Req) Responsibilities
• Develop customer relationships to understand business needs
• Identify and propose solutions to capture sales opportunities
• Prospect new business and identify growth opportunities (75% new / 25% existing)
• Conduct meetings with customers across the Midwest
• Plan regular travel and set appointments (Typically ~Tu–Th travel, overnight ~1–2 nights)
• Communicate trends, pricing, and competition to internal teams
• Document sales activity and prospects in the company CRM
• Proactively notify customers of upcoming material cost increases
• Support with accounts receivable outreach as needed
• Collaborate with operations to improve efficiency, lower costs, & meet customer needs

• 3+ years of B2B plastics salesexperience is required
• Experience in blow molding, injection molding, or PET is required
• Proven ability to grow and manage a sales territory is required
