Warby Parker is opening a new store in Brandon, FL and seeks a service-oriented Sales Manager to lead a team of Retail Advisors. You’ll own daily operations, troubleshoot the POS, manage inventory, and drive initiatives to enhance the customer shopping experience.

You’ll also run shift meetings, conduct biannual performance reviews, and onboard new hires, while maintaining Warby Parker’s culture of inclusive service.

• 1+ year in a management position within retail.
• Experience in sales or operations at a complex, customer-focused retailer.
• Self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit and eagerness to learn.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Warby Parker is seeking a service-oriented Sales Manager to support a team of exceptional Retail Advisors in creating the best possible glasses-shopping experiences. (At other brands, you might see similar roles called Assistant Store Manager.) As a Sales Manager, you'll engage with customers, have a hand in process ideation and improvement, and participate in various special projects along the way. For applicable postings, non-exempt employees are eligible for overtime pay if you are required to work more than 40 hours in a workweek.

1 WA only: Full-Time employees' paid sick leave is accrued at a rate of 1 hour per every 26 hours worked. Full-time employees receive 5 paid holidays and 5-10 vacation days per year (after waiting period, depending on tenure and hours worked). 2 WA PT only: Paid sick leave (accrued at a rate of 1 hour per every 30 hours worked).
