Job summary

Kemper Home Service is seeking a Sales Manager to recruit, train and supervise agents in the assigned territory. The role involves in-office and field work, with 50-100% time spent in the field supporting agents and ensuring performance.

Responsibilities include recruiting, training, supervising and monitoring agent activity, conducting business inspections, and reporting to the District Manager. Licensed in Life, Health, Property and Casualty is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales management or equivalent experience.
• Fully licensed in Life, Health, Property and Casualty.

Position Summary:

Kemper Home Service team seeking a Sales Manager to work with agents within their assigned territory. The job functions of the Sales Manager include recruiting, training and supervising the agents (average of seven) assigned.
