Life Anchor Insurance is seeking a Sales Manager for our Leadership Development Program. You'll start by building your own sales territory, then receive leadership training and opportunities to mentor, coach, train, and eventually build your own sales team.

• 2+ years of successful sales experience (B2B sales preferred).

• Participate in our Leadership Development Program through mentorship, field training, and professional coaching.
• Assist with onboarding, mentoring, and training newer representatives as leadership opportunities become available.
• Grow into increased leadership responsibilities based on your performance and demonstrated ability to develop others.
