Aaron’s is seeking a Sales Manager in Celina, Ohio. This role drives sales through lead generation, closes lease agreements, and manages showrooms. You will ensure displays are up to standard, process renewals, and support store operations to deliver a superior customer experience.

The position offers an hourly wage with incentive pay based on performance, plus a comprehensive benefits package. Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs (assisted up to 300 lbs).
