Champion Window is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and grow a team of professionally trained sales representatives. You will manage daily sales activities, conduct meetings and training, and ride with the team to improve results.

Collaboration with the Division Manager will shape sales and marketing strategies. The role emphasizes leading, coaching, recruiting, and developing talent to achieve and exceed goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to manage and grow a large sales team.
• Knowledge of Champion products or ability to learn Champion products.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of factory sales representatives.
• Perform sales meetings and training sessions; ride with team members on calls.
• Collaborate with the Division Manager to outline sales and marketing strategies.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop new sales representatives; ensure early and sustained success.
• Conduct regular meetings, training, and ride-alongs to model best practices.
