Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business-to-Consumer sales experience.
• Prior experience managing, coaching, or leading a sales team.
• Good communication, coaching, organization, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, motivate, and hold accountable a team of sales professionals.
• Drive production across insurance and financial-services-related products.
