Job summary

Cheetah Clean Auto Wash in Bowling Green, KY is seeking a Sales Manager to own the DRB membership system, drive sales performance, and lead a team on the floor every shift. You will coach the team, close sales, and ensure top service while opening/closing the site and handling cash with accountability.

You will supervise sales and wash techs, maintain customer service excellence, and uphold the brand's cleanliness and site standards, with opportunities for growth as the company expands.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience—manage or supervise a team.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Comfort with learning and owning a POS/membership system such as DRB.

Responsibilities

• Own DRB membership system, manage accounts, and maintain accurate sales reporting.
• Drive membership sales, coach the team, and lead by example with customers.
• Open and close the site, handle cash with accountability, and keep the team on track.
