Talent Acquisition Expert at BOE Technology Group

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Part of a global team that executes both short- and long-term plans and programs to ensure the profitable growth and expansion of the Company.
  • Understand the competitive dynamics of U.S. Channel industry including OEM/ODM Business Model and prepare company strategic planning for Sales and Marketing in the U.S.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, volume potential, and pricing trend.
  • Grow existing key customer accounts.
  • Participate in marketing activities such as trade shows to generate leads and develop customer relationships and maintain/manage accounts.
  • Prepare marketing and sales activity reports and others as required.

Qualifications

  • 7 - 10 years of industry experience with an emphasis on sales or engineering.
  • Track record of years of progressively advancing account management and/or business development experience.
  • Demonstrates strong knowledge of global supply chain business models.
  • A good understanding of Industrial Device development, manufacturing and service.
  • Prior experience in a multinational environment and strong intercultural skills.
  • Ability to work together as a team and communicate well internally and externally, both written and spoken with a high regard for adequate reporting and customer relationship management.
  • Ability to target and qualify new opportunities and help guide these projects to design win.
  • Detailed knowledge of the R&D and manufacturing process.
  • The ability to travel domestically and internationally for business purposes.
  • Ability to successfully influence senior level management, executives and key clients.
  • Professional working proficiency in Chinese Mandarin and English is preferred.
