Job summary

Aaron’s is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the customer service experience in our stores, driving growth by generating leads, closing agreements, and supporting showroom operations.

You will build long-lasting relationships, set sales goals with marketing strategies, assist the General Manager with daily operations, and help with deliveries when needed, all while maintaining a flexible schedule and a focus on safety.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills required.
• Aptitude for marketing and customer-focused approach.
• Two years of college or previous management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build long-lasting customer and vendor relationships.
• Set sales goals and drive new business with marketing strategies.
• Assist General Manager with operational functions.
• Assist with deliveries in the event a driver is not available.
