Home Genius Exteriors is seeking top-performing sales professionals for a Sales Manager in Training track designed to fast-track leadership.

Phase 1 focuses on mastering our in-home sales system and achieving elite revenue results, followed by Phase 2 where you mentor others, lead teams, and drive culture while meeting KPIs. Full-time with growth to leadership roles and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven sales success within the home improvement or similar industry.
• Track record of generating $2M+ in annual revenue and/or maintaining elite closing percentages.
• Experience selling high-ticket products or services.
• Strong communication, leadership potential, and a competitive mindset.
• Desire to grow into sales leadership and build a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Master our in-home sales system.
• Sell windows, roofing, siding, gutters, and doors.
• Lead by example and set the standard for performance and culture.
• Demonstrate accountability, professionalism, and work ethic.
• Meet all Key Performance Bench Marks.
• Mentor and develop new sales representatives through ride-alongs and coaching.
• Lead team huddles, trainings, and sales meetings.
• Drive team culture, accountability, and performance.
• Assist in onboarding and developing future top producers.
• Meet all Key Performance Bench Marks.
