Titan Factory Direct is seeking a Sales Manager in Training to join our Odessa, TX team. The role focuses on selling manufactured, modular, and tiny homes while delivering an exceptional customer experience and leveraging digital marketing to promote communities and listings.

Ideal candidates are bilingual, energetic, and capable of leading as they grow into leadership roles. Weekend work is required, and training is provided to become a top producer and future leader.
