Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking elite sales professionals for a Sales Manager in Training program, offering a fast-track to leadership through a 2-quarter Leadership Track.

In Quarter 1 you will master the in-home sales process and sell roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors; Quarter 2 focuses on mentoring, leading trainings, and driving accountability to build a high-performing team. Uncapped earnings await.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful sales experience in home improvement or a similar industry.
• Proven success selling high-ticket products or services.
• Strong communication skills with leadership potential.

2-Quarter Leadership Track

Quarter 1: Sales Excellence

• Master our proven in-home sales process
• Sell roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors
• Lead by example through performance, accountability, and professionalism
• Achieve key performance benchmarks

Quarter 2: Leadership Development

• Mentor and coach new sales representatives
• Lead trainings, team huddles, and ride-alongs
• Drive accountability, culture, and results
• Help develop future top performers

What We're Looking For

Compensation & Benefits

• $150,000-$300,000+ uncapped earning potential
