Job summary

Hudson's Furniture in Bradenton, FL, is seeking candidates for its Sales Manager in Training program. You'll receive hands-on coaching, mentorship from experienced leaders, and a fast track to management within 6–12 months.

As a participant, you'll build relationships, hit monthly sales goals, guide customers through financing and protection plans, and even conduct in-home design consultations while learning sales, design, operations, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles is highly valued.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and quotas.
• Interest in leadership and career progression within a retail environment.
