How You'll Contribute

Enable and empower a driven and motivating Sales Manager to grow sales directly and through their team. We seek a Sales Manager with a proven track record in driving revenue growth, with a strong analytical background and customer-centric attitude. You will manage a team of Sales Representatives, providing training, coaching, sales forecasting, performance tracking, and reporting.

  • Lead a team of Sales Representatives within a defined territory, managing performance, coaching, mentoring, hiring, and career development.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies leveraging best practices to achieve results.
  • Communicate sales goals, targets, and expectations clearly.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop content that drives brand awareness and supports sales strategies.
  • Evaluate sales performance using accountability tools and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Recruit, retain, and develop talent; lead change, manage conflicts, and foster collaboration.
  • Lead cross-functional projects and process improvements.
  • Develop and modify policies impacting the team.
What You'll Bring

Required Education, Experience, Certification/Licensure

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in sales or related areas
  • 3-5 years of supervisory or management experience
  • Comfort with virtual presentations and embracing technology and change
  • Proven success in delivering results through others
  • Experience in creating sales forecasts, identifying growth areas, and analyzing sales data
  • Strong business acumen, strategic agility, and ability to develop others and influence change
  • Ability to foster client loyalty and meet commitments
  • Valid driver's license may be required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
  • Experience designing and executing complex projects
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships across management levels
  • Strong communication skills, including persuasive presentations and negotiation
  • Ability to influence and create solutions collaboratively
  • High business acumen and strategic agility

Compensation Range: $150,000 to $200,000 annually (base salary plus potential incentives). Pay depends on experience, skills, and location.
