Are you a results-driven sales professional who knows how to hustle, charm, and close in equal measure? A well-established, full-service hotel in the East Bay is looking for a sharp Sales Manager to join our team and help drive group bookings, corporate accounts, and event business.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Hunting for new business and turning leads into loyal clients
  • Building relationships through calls, on-site visits, trade shows, and community involvement
  • Coordinating with operations, catering, and the front desk to ensure seamless group experiences
  • Managing sales records, contracts, and room blocks like a pro
  • Representing our brand with professionalism, passion, and polish
Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For:

  • Direct sales experience, ideally in hospitality or event services
  • Polished communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • High energy, goal-oriented, and thrives on exceeding targets
  • Able to travel locally (with occasional overnights)
  • Tech-savvy: You know your way around a CRM, email templates, and databases
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
